My Bio:

Despite the title, I don't claim to be Hawaiian. I barely acknowledge my Filipino-ness. I came to the States when I was four years old and settled right here in the Bay Area, in the quaint little island-town of Alameda. Technically I could be considered an
Island Girl, just not that island. I survive the materialistic modern world as a small business owner in massage therapy, and I'm grateful that it affords me annual visits to paradise where I continue to understand the depths of aloha. I thrive in life thanks to the teachings of my parents - pursue your passion with strong work ethics and humility, and live small so that we may all share the world around us.
Leaving a big footprint behind is not my aspiration

My mission is simple: That my heart continues to expand, my creativity endlessly flow, my spirit persevere, and that I always be inspired by the wonders of life through volunteerism, compassion, connectedness, by embracing nature, giving back, being kind, and most of all - knowing love and sharing aloha.

My truth lies in the power of touch

Physical...

         Emotional...Spiritual

In our touch-deprived society

nothing is more profound than human contact

The electricity of a warm embrace

A nurtured garden

A mended soul

There is much brokenness in the world

and my wish is to play even

the smallest part in its healing

Compassion is my core

Grace be my guide

Gratitude is the pulse that beats within me

I strive to radiate light and love

To stand in peace

I seek not perfection but appreciation in a flaw

Understanding there is beauty in all things blemished
